According to the sales situation of textile machinery in the first half of the year, this growth trend is still continuing. According to the analysis of the China Textile Machinery Association, the production and sales of weaving machinery steadily increased in the first half of 2023, and the foreign trade export situation was better than expected. The volume and price continued to increase year-on-year. However, due to the insufficient demand at home and abroad, the sales of enterprises continued to be under pressure. At the same time, facing complex situations such as fierce competition for product homogenization, delayed adjustment of sales prices and payment methods, the operating profits of enterprises were compressed. According to the statistics of the China Textile Machinery Association, from January to June 2023, a total of 4600 high-speed rapier looms were sold by major domestic manufacturers, an increase of 24.32% year-on-year; Sales of 14000 air jet looms increased by 14.75% year-on-year; Sales of 25000 water jet looms increased by 4.17% year-on-year. In terms of exports, from January to June, 8308 rapier looms were exported, with an export amount of 120487000 US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 54.17% in quantity and 30.25% in amount; Export 2852 air jet looms with an export value of 66.745 million US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 91.54% in quantity and 135.33% in value; Export 5724 water jet looms with an export value of 59.669 million US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 16.37% in quantity and 9.97% in value. With the advancement of domestic textile cluster transfer, markets such as Henan, Anhui, Jiangxi, Hubei, and Xinjiang have attracted the attention of textile machinery enterprises.
